Nature of work
- business process analysis;
- create and maintain Power BI reports;
- work with data using SQL;
- create KPIs and visualizations;
- analyze business needs and provide useful information based on data;
- monitor and control the effectiveness of credit control and loan administration functions.
- collaborate with operations, finance, IT and other department employees.
Employee requirements
- University education in mathematics, finance, statistics, economics, banking or other related field,
- At least 1 year of experience in analysis, finance or related field,
- Experience working with data mining tools (SQL),
- Business analysis and problem solving skills. Ability to identify, analyze and correct project problems as they arise,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical mindset, ability to see the big picture and details,
- Proficiency in using MS Office,
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian,
- Organization, initiative, responsibility, orientation to results.
