Nature of work
- Analysis of large-scale data sets using the ERP system "SAP" and "Microsoft Excel".
- Administration, updating and maintenance of the company's master data in information systems.
- Control of data accuracy, completeness and consistency according to established requirements.
- Identification of data inconsistencies, duplication and errors, analysis of their causes and initiation of corrections.
- Comparison of data between different systems, checking information compatibility and ensuring data quality.
- Preparation of reports, summarization of results.
- Cooperation with other departments of the company in order to ensure correct and timely data management.
- Participation in improving data management processes, standards and working methods.
Employee requirements:
- Experience in using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify the causes of data discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Experience working with databases, their administration.
- Ability to systematize information, prepare reports and independently solve problems.
- Diligence, responsibility and ability to ensure a high level of data accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with different departments.
- Knowledge of English.
