Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Data Analyst to the [b]Artea bankas team,[/b] who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- Analyze business requirements and identify necessary data fields in the main bank system;
- Search and link data in the database according to the provided business definitions, ensuring their accuracy and completeness;
- Create, test and optimize SQL queries for calculating specific indicators;
- You will create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and data models;
- I will collaborate with business and IT teams to properly interpret requirements and implement solutions.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, IT or a related field
- Good SQL skills;
- Good knowledge of English, ability or willingness to learn to clearly communicate complex data to various audiences;
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical language;
- Understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Experience in creating PowerBI reports;
- Insight and a conscious approach - the ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in your activities and ensure responsible decision-making;
