Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Data Analyst to join the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will analyze various business and risk data sources and provide insights that help make informed decisions in the areas of compliance and money laundering prevention.
• You will create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and data models (using Power Query, DAX, data modeling).
• You will write and optimize mid-level SQL queries.
• You will work with the Azure data platform (Azure SQL, Data Factory or other Azure tools), integrate data from various sources.
• You will collaborate with AML, risk management and other business teams, gather needs and translate them into analytical and technological solutions.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of practical experience working with Power BI: Power Query, DAX, data modeling, publishing, workspace maintenance and report automation.
• Good SQL skills.
• Experience working with Azure (e.g. Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory or other cloud data solutions).
• Good knowledge of English and the ability to clearly present and communicate complex information to various audiences.
• Proactivity, analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with specialists from various fields.

We will consider as an advantage:

• Experience working with AML, KYC or other risk management areas.
• Knowledge of data quality and management processes.
• Experience working with Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
