What are you going to do?
- You will collect, systematize and analyze company performance data;
- You will prepare and improve regular and one-time reports;
- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess their changes and possible causes;
- You will ensure data quality and accuracy, maintain databases and look for ways to make data preparation more efficient;
- You will look for trends, deviations and opportunities to improve performance;
- You will prepare analytical insights and help managers make data-driven decisions;
- You will contribute to the development of data analysis and report automation solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Higher or higher education;
Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data;
Ability to notice patterns, interpret results and formulate conclusions;
Diligence, responsibility and a systematic approach;
Ability to independently plan work and priorities;
Curiosity and desire to delve into data and understand what lies behind the numbers;
Experience working with Power BI, SQL or other analytics tools would be an advantage.
