- Data analysis and data transformation writing (ETL, ELT);
- Development and maintenance of analytical products (Data Models, Reporting, Dashboards);
- Automation of data processes and flows;
- Collection of technical and business requirements from customers, systematization, proposal of the most effective way to solve the problem with the data product;
- IT and business partnership: Close cooperation with business units, knowledge of their needs and processes, consultations and proposal of the most effective IT solutions;
- Search for innovations and solutions: Analysis of AI / Low-code / No-code tools, experimentation and their application to improve the efficiency of the company's operations.
We hope that You:
- Have experience in creating data reports and semantic models;
- Have experience in writing spark, python, sql, m code;
- Enjoy communicating with business, be able to "translate" their needs into IT language and find the optimal technical solution;
- You are not afraid of challenges and view emerging problems as opportunities and like to find effective solutions;
- Have the ability to see the whole: connect business processes, systems and their integrations (API, data flows);
- You know how to separate essential things from secondary ones and prepare clear, structured documentation;
- You want to constantly learn new things, are interested in technologies, quickly understand new areas and easily adapt to changes;
- You have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
Advantages:
- Practical experience working with data engineering tools (Microsoft Fabric, Databrics, Snowflake, Cloudera) etc.
- Practical experience working with BI tools (Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau, IBM Cognos Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud) etc.;
- Practical experience with AI, agentic workflow, Low-code / No-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) etc.;
- Practical understanding of databases, APIs and system integration architecture.
