Nature of work:
- Daily data quality monitoring in Navision (MS Dynamics NAV) system, using Power BI and other tools;
- Analysis of the causes of discrepancies, error correction and collaboration with colleagues for correct data entry;
- Systematization of recurring errors and provision of suggestions for process and system improvement;
- Monitoring the implementation of process changes and feedback to teams;
- Maintenance, updating and improvement of Power BI reports, preparation of SQL queries;
- Automation of routine checks, including the development and maintenance of AI tools.
Requirements:
- Higher education (or final year student) in logistics, economics, informatics, statistics or a related field);
- Good MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables);
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn it quickly;
- Use of Power BI or willingness to learn (we will train);
- Curiosity, initiative and desire to delve into details;
- Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with colleagues from various departments;
- Good written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian and basic knowledge of English.
Advantages:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other similar ERP system;
- Interest or experience in the logistics / transport sector;
- Previous experience (internship, study project) with data analysis, Power BI and SQL;
- Interest in AI tools and their application in work.
