DATA ANALYST(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the data analytics team. In this position, you will be responsible for analysis, electricity trading. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Developing IT and analytical tools for data acquisition, analysis, process optimization, process monitoring and automation;
• Analyzing how to refine data forecasts;
• Initiating, implementing and improving new analysis models;
• Developing tools for other company specialists, preparing reports independently;
• Carrying out wholesale market modeling;
• Preparing various non-standard analyzes;
• Improving and administering automated trading systems;
• Regularly interested in the latest trends in the field of data analysis.

• Higher university education (in econometrics, statistics, mathematics or other similar exact sciences);
• Programming experience and good knowledge of SQL and Python and macro development in MS Excel, Power Query, VBA
• Ability to use visualization tools, such as Power BI, and create clear, understandable and effective data visualizations.
• Understanding of big data technologies.
• Understanding, configuring and programming data integration (API) solutions.
• Knowledge of the principles of the electricity market;
• Analytical thinking, data literacy, good problem-solving skills;
• Ability to visually and clearly present summarized information and analytical insights.

An advantage would be:

• Previous trading experience on the electricity / other raw materials / stock / currency exchange;
• Knowledge of energy-related data sharing platforms;
• Work location: Kruonis/Kaunas.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
