DATA ANALYST(S) (PURCHASE TEAM)

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By curating the procurement reporting system and collaborating with partners, providing them with relevant data;
• By analyzing procurement data, creating and developing Power BI reports and providing insights and suggestions for report modernization;
• By supervising, improving and developingautomated/robotic processes;
• Improving existing processes, identifying their optimization, robotization and automation opportunities and proposing the most suitable solutions;
• Searching for opportunities to apply AI solutions in procurement analytics, reporting and process optimization.

• Higher education;
• At least one year of experience working with data (data analyst);
• Knowledge of basic MS 365 programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Copilot);
• Experience working with SharePoint, DocLogix, Power BI;
• Ability to analyze data, formulate insights and present them clearly and understandably;
• Interest in AI solutions and their application in data analytics and process automation;
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
• Ability to independently plan and organize work, make decisions.

An advantage would be:

• Knowledge of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania regulating public procurement;
• Knowledge of the architecture and functionality of the Central Public Procurement Information System (CVP IS).
• Experience in automating or robotizing processes;
• Experience in applying AI tools for data analysis, reporting, or process improvement.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
