What you will do
We are looking for a manager who is able to combine strong data analytics knowledge, strict team management and professional communication with clients.

Client consulting and sales

Professionally consult clients on data analytics and business solutions.
Clarify clients' business needs and offer them the most suitable, real value-creating solutions.
Actively contribute to sales: identify new opportunities, form proposals and participate in meetings with clients.
Employee coordination

Lead the department team, clearly distributing work, priorities and responsibilities.
Manage deadlines, results, work quality and effective use of team resources.
Develop the team, solve problems and ensure smooth project implementation.
Take responsibility for the department's results and constantly look for ways to improve them.
Technical knowledge

You will actively engage in the most important client projects - from problem and data analysis to solution formulation and interpretation of results.
You will evaluate the analytical and BI solutions developed by the team, help solve complex problems, and ensure a high standard of technical and analytical quality.
If necessary, you will work with SQL, BI tools, data models, and visualizations yourself.

Business understanding and ability to link analytical solutions to customer needs and sales opportunities.
Strong managerial attitude, sense of responsibility and result orientation.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, understand their business needs and provide professional advice.
Experience in data analytics, BI or related field.
Leadership or team coordination experience.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Good knowledge of BI tools, SQL and data visualization principles.
Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and team results in a demanding manner.
Ability to operate at both a managerial and practical level - if necessary, delve into data and analytical solutions yourself.
