About the role
We are looking for a diligent, analytical and self-motivated colleague to join our team and help prepare commercial proposals, price calculations and participate in tenders for international clients.
Experience in tenders or pricing is an advantage, but not a necessity. If you feel comfortable working with numbers and data, know how to use Excel, are attentive to details and are willing to learn – we invite you to apply.

What are you going to do?
- You will get acquainted with customer requests, their requirements and the provided price lists.
- You will prepare information for colleagues and transfer it to the responsible departments.
- You will collect the necessary prices and other data from colleagues.
- You will work with Excel tables and forms: you will enter, check, systematize and process information.
- You will check whether all information has been collected accurately and nothing is missing.
- You will help prepare the final offer for the client and monitor the deadlines for its submission.
- You will cooperate with sales, operations and other departments of the company.
- You will gradually get acquainted with the principles of logistics, pricing and preparation of commercial offers.
The most important thing in this position is not many years of experience, but attentiveness, logical thinking, good Excel basics and a desire to learn. We will help you learn everything else during the work.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education or final year studies. Advantage – economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, business or similar field of study.
- Good MS Excel skills – ability to use formulas and analyze data.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with a larger amount of information.
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
