Nature of work
1. To inform the data controller or data processor and data processing employees about their obligations under the GDPR and other data protection provisions of the European Union or a member state and advise them on these issues.
2. Collect information to identify data processing activities.
3. Monitor, examine and check whether data processing activities meet the requirements of the legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.
4. To consult the data processing employees of the Hospital on data processing issues.
5. Cooperate with the State Personal Data Protection Inspectorate on data processing issues.
6. Manage records of data processing activities, based on the information provided to him by the Hospital employees responsible for personal data processing.
7. Prepare and submit annual activity reports to the Hospital management.
8. Regularly, at least once a year, conduct an audit of personal data managed by the Hospital, review internal documents.

Employee requirements
- Must have professional qualities, in particular expert knowledge of data protection law and practice, as well as the ability to perform the tasks specified in Article 39 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter - GDPR).
- Have knowledge of national and European data protection legislation and practice.
- Good understanding of data processing operations, information systems, data security and data protection needs performed by the data manager.
- Have good computer (MS Office) skills.
- Be able to plan and organize work, make decisions.
