We are expanding our accounting team and are looking for a new colleague! If you like working with numbers, analyzing data, noticing discrepancies and ensuring order in processes - we invite you to join BIOVELA Group!
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an education in accounting, finance or management
- Has at least 1 year of work experience in the field of accounting
- Works well with MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Is able to systematize and analyze large amounts of data, notice discrepancies
- Is characterized by analytical thinking, diligence and a responsible approach to work
- Is able to independently plan work, solve problems and cooperate with different people
- Has a good command of Lithuanian, and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
- Has experience in a manufacturing, logistics or transport company - we will consider this an advantage
We will trust you:
- Process and register primary accounting documents in accounting systems
- Perform container accounting and reconcile its balances with customers, suppliers and carriers
- Analyze container movement, systematize data and prepare reports for managers
- Perform debt and settlement accounting, prepare reconciliation acts
- Participate in inventory counts, analyze their balances and turnover
- Cooperate with customers, suppliers and drivers in resolving container delivery and acceptance issues
- Contribute to improving the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes
