We are looking for: Data center cable installers/technicians (work throughout Europe)
We are an international company providing cable infrastructure installation services for world-class data centers. We work with the largest market clients – Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Netflix, OpenAI, etc.
Job description:
Laying and connecting structured cables
Termination of copper cables (RJ45)
Splicing and testing of fiber optic cables
Cable marking, management in distribution panels (patch panel)
We are also looking for electricians for connecting low-voltage (alarm) systems.
Place of work:
Currently, we are implementing projects in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Belgium and other European countries. Employees are seconded according to the needs of the projects – the work location can be in almost any European country.
Required certificates:
VCA, IPAF, Working at Height, Manual Handling and other additional certificates, depending on the requirements of the specific project. All training and certification are paid for by the company - you just need to show up.
Salary and conditions:
Salary is agreed on an hourly basis, paid in cash (after taxes)
The company provides a car (1 car for 4 people)
Accommodation - a separate room for each employee
No additional taxes or deductions from the salary
Rotations are agreed individually with each employee

Candidates with experience are very welcome - electricians, cable installation specialists (including experience in Lithuania), real work experience in data centers is especially appreciated.

Employee requirements
- Above-mentioned certificates (VCA, IPAF, Working at Height, Manual Handling) or preparation to obtain them
- Other additional certificates, depending on the project requirements
- No bad habits
- Valid personal document (passport/ID) allowing free travel within the EU
- ADVANTAGE: Category B driving license (since a car is provided)
- Preparation to travel/work on business trips in different European countries
- Responsibility, punctuality, ability to work in a team
- Diligence and attention to detail (work requires accuracy)
- Good physical fitness (work may include work at height, physical exertion)
- ADVANTAGE: good English language skills (speaking) – working with international teams and clients, also requires real communication in English
- Flexibility regarding rotation schedule
