What tasks await:
WORK POSITION AVAILABLE IN KAUNAS OR VILNIUS.
- create reports and visualizations or improve existing reports using Power BI;
- create data models by connecting various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint);
- collect and analyze the needs of business units, provide recommendations for the creation or updating of data solutions and reports;
- maintain close cooperation with the Company's departments to ensure smooth data management;
- create and maintain documentation related to reports and visualizations;
- consult and train the Company's employees to increase their ability to independently use Power BI reports and effectively interpret data;
- actively follow technological innovations, identify their application possibilities and initiate and implement good practices.
We are looking for a colleague who
- has a higher education in information technology, data analytics or a similar field;
- has at least 2 years of work experience in the field of data analysis and data visualization;
- has experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView);
- is familiar with Power Query, ETL processes and data preparation principles;
- knows how to work with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions);
- is able to work with various data sources and database management systems;
- has Python programming knowledge (an advantage);
- is able to independently plan their work, take responsibility for the result and complete the work they have started;
- is characterized by analytical thinking, thoroughness, attention to detail;
- knows English (written and spoken).
