Main responsibilities:

  • I will form and implement LTG Cargo's data and analytics strategy, ensuring (-a) its compatibility with the LTG Group's data strategy
  • I will form a unified data governance model and coordinate its implementation in the organization
  • I will ensure data quality management, develop data quality indicators, processes and control mechanisms
  • I will form and lead a team of analysts, strengthen competencies, standardize work methodologies and good practices
  • I will create and develop a common LTG Cargo data, analytics and reporting ecosystem
  • I will coordinate the activities of data owners, data managers, analysts and IT teams in solving data management issues
  • I will standardize business indicators, terminology and metadata management practices, ensure a unified indicator interpretation across the organization
  • Oversee the development of the data catalog and documentation of data resources
  • Ensure the quality of analytical solutions, visualizations and reports and user confidence in the data
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and increase data literacy of the organization
  • Identify opportunities for the use of advanced analytics and coordinate their implementation, engage in the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions
  • Ensure compliance with the principles of data security, access control and traceability
  • Measure the value created by data and analytics initiatives and communicate the achieved results within the organization
  • Represent LTG Cargo in data governance initiatives and cooperate with the LTG Group data governance community

What do we expect?

  • Have a higher university education in information technology, data analytics, mathematics, economics or related field
  • You have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in data management, business analytics, data engineering, data architecture or related fields
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in team management or coordinating complex interdisciplinary initiatives
  • You are familiar with the principles and practices of data governance, data quality and metadata management
  • You have practical experience in the field of standardization of KPIs, business indicators and reports
  • You are able to work with data at a technical level: SQL, databases, data modeling or related technologies
  • You have worked with business and IT teams, able to combine technological and business needs.
  • Experience in managing organizational changes and engaging stakeholders
  • Experience in data transformation, digitalization or analytics development projects
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and fluent in English (B2 or higher)

Monthly salary: €3,665.00 - €5 495.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.
