Data and Analytics Manager

have a higher education;
have 3+ years of experience in the field of business management systems implementation and administration;
have 3+ years of managerial experience (leading a team, department or organizing, coordinating and controlling the activities of employees);
have experience in analyzing and providing information necessary for the management of the company at a strategic level;
have excellent command of Lithuanian, and English - at least B2 level;
have strategic thinking, are able to see the broader context of the organization's activities and transform data into specific solutions;
are proactive, notice opportunities, initiate changes and take responsibility for their implementation;
are able to mobilize and empower the team, promote cooperation and create a results-oriented work environment.

you will form and implement the organization's data strategy, set priorities and initiate solutions that create real value for the business;
you will ensure the smooth operation of performance management information systems, their integration and reliable, secure and efficient data management;
you will develop data analytics and visualization solutions that will help managers make data-driven decisions and effectively manage strategic projects;
you will analyze performance indicators, proactively identify improvement opportunities and initiate solutions that increase operational efficiency and optimize costs;
you will mobilize teams for change, promote a data-driven organizational culture and ensure that implemented initiatives create measurable results.
