We invite a data and process analyst to join our team, who would take care of the systematic analysis of the company's managed data.
The nature of the work will be:

- Collect, analyze and systematize large-scale data from the company's internal systems and external sources;
- Streamline and automate processes;
- Prepare and submit periodic and customized reports;
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.

💜 This position is suitable for you if:
- Have experience as a data analyst or in a similar field;
- Excellent command of MS Excel and SQL;
- Able to analyze large amounts of data, notice trends and provide conclusions and recommendations;
- Have strong logical and analytical thinking;
- Able to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement;
- Speak English;
- Be proactive, independent and result-oriented.
Advantages:
- Experience working with Power BI;
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R);
- Experience in customer service, contact center or business analytics.
