- You will develop a data and statistics dissemination strategy for one of the country's most important institutions, focused on user needs, innovation and international best practices.
- You will contribute to the data transformation of the Bank of Lithuania by developing automated, API-based and international standard-compliant data dissemination solutions.

We will entrust you with:
- Lead the department – plan activities, make decisions, ensure effective work and implementation of strategic goals.
- Mobilize, develop and inspire the team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Ensure high-quality dissemination and communication of Bank of Lithuania data, official statistics and analytical information in Lithuania and internationally.
- Develop an open data ecosystem, increase the organization's data maturity and promote data reuse.
- Initiate the digitalization of data dissemination processes and the creation of a new data portal.
- Create and maintain strategic partnerships with the main communities of Bank of Lithuania data users – financial market participants, state institutions, the academic community and international organizations.
- Represent the Bank of Lithuania and cooperate with national and international partners.
What we expect from you:
- higher university education (master's degree) in mathematics, computer science, information technology, economics or business and public management;
- at least 3 years of management experience in the areas of data distribution, storage solution design, management and (or) implementation;
- knowledge of open data regulations and initiatives and experience in project management;
- excellent skills in working with MS Office programs;
- fluent communication in Lithuanian and English - both verbally and in writing;
- analytical thinking, innovative approach, responsibility and result orientation;
- leadership skills - the ability to mobilize, motivate and develop a team, effectively plan work and set priorities;
- initiative, creativity and the ability to successfully cooperate with various stakeholders.
We offer you:
- salary depending on your competencies and work experience. DU range: 5520 – 8280 EUR (gross);
- flexibility of working hours and location (hybrid work model applied) and additional benefits: health insurance, additional vacation days and days off.
