We invite a Data Protection and Cybersecurity Officer to join our team, who would be responsible for ensuring the company's data security and cybersecurity and implementing legal requirements.

Responsibilities:
In the field of personal data security protection
- Create and maintain the company's internal documents (policies, orders, procedures) related to personal data security;
- Implement the functions of a personal data protection officer: monitor GDPR compliance, coordinate documents, make recommendations;
- Manage and document personal data security breaches;
- Perform assessments related to the field of personal data protection, prepare regular reports;
- Organize training in the field of personal data protection.
In the field of cyber security
- Create and maintain information security policies, access policies, other internal documents related to cybersecurity;
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, prepare regular reports;
- Plan and organize digital resilience testing and internal control actions, organize and control the correction of identified deficiencies;
- Coordinate the resolution of cybersecurity incidents, if necessary, ensure communication about incidents with state institutions
- Assess the legality and appropriateness of the terms of contracts concluded by the company, compliance with the requirements of the DORA regulation;
- Consult the company's management and employees on cybersecurity issues, help implement the requirements of legal acts and established procedures in the company's activities;
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of personal data protection is required;
- Experience in the field of cyber/information security is required. Knowledge of the requirements of the DORA regulation is an advantage;
- Higher education in the field of law is required;
- Good written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work both in a team and individually;
- Ability to prepare policies, procedures, reports and letters.
