Data Security and Cybersecurity Officer

We invite a Data Protection and Cybersecurity Officer to join our team, who would be responsible for ensuring the company's data security and cybersecurity and implementing legal requirements.

If you have a legal education, work experience in a financial institution, data protection, information security (DORA regulation) or another related field - we are looking forward to your candidacy!

Responsibilities:

In the field of personal data security protection

• Create and maintain the company's internal documents (policies, orders, procedures) related to personal data security;
• Implement the functions of a personal data protection officer: monitor GDPR compliance, coordinate documents, make recommendations;
• Manage and document personal data security breaches;
• Perform assessments related to the field of personal data protection, prepare regular reports;
• Organize training in the field of personal data protection.

In the field of cyber security

• Create and maintain information security policies, access policies, other internal documents related to cybersecurity;
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, prepare regular reports;
• Plan and organize digital resilience testing and internal control actions, organize and control the correction of identified deficiencies;
• Coordinate the resolution of cybersecurity incidents, if necessary, ensure communication about incidents with state institutions
• Assess the legality and appropriateness of the terms of contracts concluded by the company, compliance with the requirements of the DORA regulation;
• Consult the company's management and employees on cybersecurity issues, help implement the requirements of legal acts and established procedures in the company's activities;

3000-4500 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the candidate's competencies.
