Your responsibilities will be:
- Accurately enter Festo sales documents into the SAP system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of document management and ensure timely processing to meet operational deadlines
- Adhere to established data entry rules and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in document management
- Work closely with team members to resolve document processing related issues or problems
We expect from you:
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- German would be an advantage
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work both in a team and individually
- Motivation to work within a clearly defined work structure
