HEAD OF DATA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS DEPARTMENT

Upon joining, you will be responsible for developing the organization's culture of data management, analytics, and data-driven decisions. This role ensures that the organization's data is high-quality, reliable, accessible, and creates value for business decisions. You will create an environment that helps the team achieve ambitious goals and grow together.

We will entrust you with:

• form and implement the organization's data management and analytics strategy,
• create the Data Management and Analytics Department's operating regulations, define functions and processes that ensure effective department operations, teamwork and achievement of results,
• develop data governance principles, standards and processes,
• ensure data quality, integrity, availability and security management throughout the organization,
• coordinate the implementation of data architecture, data integrations, data quality and analytics initiatives,
• initiate and implement business analytics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics solutions,
• analyze the data needs of the organization and business processes, identify data usage opportunities to increase operational efficiency,
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in planning and implementing data management and analytics projects,
• ensure compliance of data management and analytics activities with legal acts, data protection and information security requirements,
• monitor data management and analytics trends, assess opportunities for applying new technologies in the organization,
• manage the department's activity planning, budget, performance indicators and continuous process improvement.

It would be great if you:

• have a higher university degree in information technology, data science, business analytics or another related field,
• have at least 5 years of work experience in data management, business analytics or another related field,
• have at least 2 years of team management experience,
• are familiar with the principles of data governance, data quality, data architecture and analytics,
• have experience with business analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or others),
• understand the principles of data platforms, data integration, data warehouses and ETL processes,
• are able to analyze complex information, identify trends and make data-driven decisions,
• have experience in managing projects, coordinating changes and collaborating with various stakeholders,
• have leadership, strategic thinking, communication and team building competencies,
• are interested in the latest trends in data analytics, automation and trends in artificial intelligence (AI),
• has good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
