Sales and Marketing Manager at Džiugas Brands

Product range management (SKU, formats, brand lines);
Control of pricing, margins and budget efficiency according to the approved strategy;
Consistent management and development of the brand "Džiugas" in Lithuania and in export markets;
Coordination of the implementation of sales plans according to markets and sales channels (retail chains, specialized stores, HoReCa, export);
Planning and implementation of brand positioning, marketing and communication strategies;
Planning and implementation of marketing and communication campaigns and sales promotion actions;
Sales forecasting and cooperation with production and logistics teams;
Cooperation with creative, packaging, communication and export teams;
Regular monitoring of performance results, KPI analysis and reporting to management.

Higher education in marketing, management, economics or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or sales (FMCG experience is an advantage);
Experience working with retail chains, sales channels and/or export markets;
Ability to plan, implement and evaluate marketing and sales activities, work with KPIs;
Analytical thinking, ability to work with numbers, reports and budgets;
Ability to independently organize work, plan priorities and coordinate several activities simultaneously;
Good communication, negotiation and cooperation skills with different teams;
Good Lithuanian language, knowledge of English (at least B2 level) (other languages are an advantage);
Honesty, initiative, responsibility, result-oriented.
