Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and motivated team member to work with customer service, product administration and balance management.
- Communication with customers by phone, e-mail and online
- Order administration
- Invoicing
- Product balance management and administration
- Product booking and writing off
- Creating new product cards
- Amazon and e-commerce order administration
- Assistance in daily company administration processes
We hope you
- You are communicative, responsible and organized
- You like order and are able to work carefully with information
- You are good at working with a computer and Excel / Google Sheets programs
- You speak English
- You are able to learn quickly and work independently
- You have good communication skills
A big advantage
- Interest in cars, tuning culture or car modifications
- Knowledge of car parts
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce or Amazon
