Head of E-channel Department

Join our team and become the Head of the E. Channel Department. We are looking for someone who has the ambition and skills to organize the work of the RC Savitarna product and development teams in such a way that RC Savitarna becomes a BIC (Best in Class) example in the Lithuanian public sector.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• ensure the management of the RC Savitarna platform and the creation and development of digital solutions, aiming for the best user experience according to best practices;
• prepare the long-term development strategy, annual development plan (roadmap) of the Self-Service platform and organize development work according to it;
• analyze digital service processes, assess the impact on customer experience, identify areas for improvement, initiate changes and organize their implementation;
• prepare methodological guidelines for the creation and development of advanced digital services and other methodological materials necessary for the creation and development of advanced digital services;
• ensure the operation and proper functioning of information systems and digital solutions assigned to the department, initiate and organize maintenance and development work;
• make timely purchases to ensure the operation and support functions of information systems assigned to the department;
• cooperate with other departments, business process and service managers in analyzing, evaluating and implementing the best digital service solutions and consult colleagues in creating and developing advanced digital solutions;
• plan, organize and coordinate the activities of the department and the work of development teams, ensuring consistent implementation of goals and smooth daily work;
• in every way encourage the initiative of the department's employees and strengthen everyone's responsibility for the final results of work in order to ensure the proper performance of the tasks and functions assigned to the department.

For this position, we need:

• higher university education;
• at least 2 years of experience in managing a structural unit or group of specialists responsible for the maintenance and development of information systems;
• at least 3 years of experience in creating and (or) developing advanced digital solutions, evaluating and improving customer experience in the digital space;
• at least 3 years of experience in creating and (or) developing user interfaces or in a related field;
• result orientation and a proven ability to structure product and development activities in a complex environment to achieve results;
• knowledge of the basic principles and technologies of information systems development, life cycle management methodology, project management knowledge;
• ability to independently plan, organize one's activities, independently make decisions related to direct work functions, independently solve problems;
• ability to analyze and model business processes;
• ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian (written and oral), English proficiency – B1 level;
• compliance with the requirements set out in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
• strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

Salary:

• €4,924 – €7,386/month excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
