We are looking for an e-commerce and IT manager with experience in administering e-shops and the ability to independently manage daily e-commerce processes.

We are looking for an e-commerce and IT manager with experience in administering e-shops and the ability to independently manage daily e-commerce processes.
What will be your job?
- Administer e-stores: uploading new products, creating and updating cards, descriptions, prices, categories, sets and combinations.
- Curate and execute IT tasks
- Implement promotions, campaigns, price adjustments, gift vouchers and special offer solutions, ensuring their smooth operation and visibility.
- Oversee the structure of e-stores (categories, menus, home page, SEO).
- Ensure smooth operation of e-stores, quick response to technical disruptions and coordination of their resolution with the IT team.
- Collaborate with IT, design, marketing, warehouse and logistics teams in solving daily operational issues.
- Contribute to SEO work to achieve greater page visibility and better user experience.
- Initiate and propose solutions to streamline work, optimize processes and create greater added value in e-commerce activities.
Apply if:
- You have experience in administering e-stores (B2C and/or B2B – a big advantage) or you have a strong internal motivation to work with health and beauty products and you are a quick learner and you are very interested in e-commerce.
- You are meticulous, structured and able to plan your work independently.
- You think analytically and are able to solve problems, not just identify them.
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
- You like working with data, tables and descriptions – diligence is innate in you.
- IT knowledge, skills and basics – a big advantage.
