Our goal is to create one of the strongest D2C wellness brands in the Baltic States. Therefore, we are looking for an independent marketing person who would be able to not only plan and coordinate work, but also contribute to its implementation.

What will need to be done
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
Oversee the content of the AVEL e-store.
Prepare or coordinate newsletters.
Coordinate the work of advertising agencies, designers, developers and other partners.
Work with social media content, influencers and UGC creators.
Prepare tasks for creative and advertising partners.
Monitor the results of campaigns and e-commerce.
Prepare promotional visuals, texts or video materials.

Prepare or coordinate newsletters.

What are we hoping for
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, content creation or project coordination.
Ability to independently plan and complete work.
Good writing skills in Lithuanian.
Understanding of how digital marketing and e-commerce work.
Responsibility, initiative and the ability to work on several projects at the same time.
Ability to collaborate with agencies and external partners.

Experience with newsletter creation tools.
Ability to work with Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar programs.
Experience with social media, influencers or UGC content.
Ability to analyze marketing and sales results.
Experience in the beauty, wellness, nutritional supplements or other consumer goods business.
It is not necessary to have all of the listed skills. The most important thing is strong experience in at least several areas, independence and a desire to contribute to real work and a desire to improve.
