Primary responsibilities

KomfortKissen is one of the fastest growing DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sleep brands in DACH. We are among the Top 5 in our category and serve tens of thousands of customers every month.
Having reached €15M+ in annual revenue and growing 100%+ YoY, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full control of operations.
Monitor, analyze and manage key KPIs:

Having reached €15M+ in annual revenue and growing 100%+ YoY, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full control of operations.
- Manage the order processing process from purchase to delivery (end-to-end)
- Ensure smooth operation of e-commerce, warehouse and logistics
- Create, document and maintain processes (SOP – Standard Operating Procedures)
- Continuously optimize operations for speed, quality and cost reduction
Monitor, analyze and manage key KPIs:
- Order fulfillment time
- Error and return rate
- Warehouse and production productivity
- Delivery SLA
- Cost per order
- Regularly provide insights to management
- Initiate and implement solutions to increase profitability
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, especially in the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) model
- Experience working with warehouse operations and logistics
- Practical experience with ERP and/or WMS systems
- Ability to manage P&L and good understanding of cost structures
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs and data
- Process-oriented and efficiency-oriented
- Good knowledge of English
