- Salary1900-2300 €[/b](excluding taxes). Higher starting salary with the necessary experience and skills;
- Incentives (after the probationary period) for achieved results up to 20% of the monthly salary are paid every month (excluding taxes);

If You:
- Have at least a basic education;
- Have a category B license and 2 years of driving experience;
- Have 1 year of team management and work organization experience (an advantage);
- You are a responsible, honest and diligent person;
- You drive carefully and safely;
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Have excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage);
- Have relevant work experience (an advantage).
We will entrust you with:
- Organize high-quality and timely customer service by coordinating the work of couriers in assigned shopping centers;
- Instruct, train and familiarize couriers with assigned work tasks, routes, characteristics of transported cargo and delivery conditions;
- Maintain assigned vehicles, fill out travel documents and inform responsible persons about malfunctions or violations;
- Loading customer orders into the vehicle and delivering them on time while driving along the specified routes;
- Submitting documents and reports to the immediate supervisor;
- Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems.
