Job description
- Create, administer and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok Ads platforms;
- Analyze the results of advertising campaigns, monitor KPIs and provide suggestions for increasing efficiency;
- Cooperate with UGC creators and opinion leaders (influencers): prepare tasks, coordinate content creation, evaluate results;
- Contribute to e-store SEO activities: search and coordination of backlinks, content optimization and implementation of SEO recommendations;
- Prepare reports using Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite and other analysis tools;
- Cooperate with external partners and agencies;
- Monitor digital marketing trends and suggest new advertising and content ideas.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is a must;
- Knowledge of SEO basics (backlinks, technical and content SEO basics);
- Skills in using Google Analytics 4;
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on results;
- Good Lithuanian language skills, English language proficiency;
- Responsibility, initiative and willingness to learn.
