Your daily activities at work would be:
E-commerce strategy development and implementation, KPI and budget planning and management;
E-store development: improving functionality, improving user experience and increasing conversions;
Advertising campaign planning, coordination and analysis of results;
Assortment and pricing strategy formation and continuous improvement;
Sales, market, customer behavior and customer journey data analysis, generating insights and making decisions based on data;
Analysis of competitor activities, pricing, assortment and market trends, providing recommendations for business solutions;
Preparation of comparative (benchmarking) analyses, evaluation of e-commerce performance indicators and identification of improvement opportunities;
Cooperation with the IT team and external partners, ensuring the efficient operation of systems and processes;
Standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of e-commerce processes;
Risk management and compliance assurance (EU requirements, payment security, data protection) in cooperation with internal teams;
Identification of new e-commerce development opportunities and preparation of business proposals.

Important abilities and skills:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, managing e-commerce processes and projects;
Excellent knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, user journey (UX/CX) and conversion management;
Leadership and result orientation;
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
Good English language skills;
Initiative, responsibility, curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement;
Ability to collaborate smoothly with colleagues and partners.
