The UAB OC VISION Lietuva team invites a motivated and responsible e-commerce manager to join, who is ready to achieve set goals, work in a team, make decisions together, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, would contribute to the growth of e-commerce.

What tasks will we entrust to you:
- E-commerce strategy development, annual budget planning, action plan preparation and effective project management;
- Maintenance of three online stores, improvement of functionality and shopping process (UX/UI);
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI), data analysis, providing insights and quick decision-making;
- Strategizing and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns together with the team;
- Creation and development of a loyalty program;
- Continuous improvement of conversion rates and user experience, analysis of customer needs and the market;
- Organization of the work of the e-commerce team, motivation and cooperation with other departments of the company and colleagues in Latvia.
We hope that:
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce project management and sales;
- Strategic thinking, a strong desire to participate in business development and an orientation towards achieving results are phrases that describe you;
- You are able to quickly understand and analyze business processes;
- You have experience working with brand positioning, product development;
- You are familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels;
- You have good organizational and communication skills;
- You are an independent, responsible, meticulous and goal-oriented person.
