In this role, you will work closely with marketing, IT and operations teams and external partners, contributing to the growth of the e-commerce channel, improving the user experience and optimizing processes.

Future tasks and responsibilities
🟢E-commerce project management:
planning, implementing and monitoring e-commerce initiatives;
🟢E-shop development:
implementing and improving e-shop functionalities to achieve better user experience (UX) and higher conversion;
🟢Results analysis:
analysis of e-commerce indicators (conversion, revenue, cart size, etc.) using Google Analytics and other tools;
🟢Collaboration with marketing:
working together with Performance and communication teams and agencies, ensuring that technical solutions and e-shop functionalities support marketing goals;
🟢Campaign coordination:
organizing and supervising the implementation of promotions, banners, newsletters and other e-commerce campaigns;
🟢Process improvement:
implementing and optimizing e-commerce processes and tools (ClickUp, WMS, reporting solutions);
🟢Market monitoring:
Analysis of competitors, market trends and best practices, providing suggestions for business development;
🟢Partner coordination:
Working with technical and other external partners, maintaining daily communication.

Expectations for your competence
🟢You have a higher education (in economics, marketing, business management, information technology or a related field);
🟢You are well versed in Google Analytics, have experience working with CRO and UX;
🟢You have at least 3 years of experience managing significant e-commerce projects
🟢You are customer- and results-oriented
🟢You are able to take leadership in developing and implementing an e-commerce channel strategy
🟢You have experience in e-store development, implementing functionalities, in order to create the best possible user experience
🟢You have experience in leading a team - this would be a great advantage
🟢You are proactive and able to make decisions independently
🟢You have strong analytical skills
🟢You have excellent English language skills.
🟢You are well versed in Google Analytics, have experience working with CRO and UX;
