We are looking for a person,
who would take care of the daily activities of the ANIMU.lt e-shop, its smooth operation and growth.
This is a versatile position that combines e-shop administration, product content, customer service and digital marketing. We are looking for an independent, proactive person who likes not only to suggest ideas, but also to implement them himself.

Nature of work
🐶 Administer and maintain the PrestaShop e-store, ensure its smooth daily operation.
🐶 Manage the product catalog and information in the PIM system: product descriptions, prices, categories, photos and SEO content.
🐶 Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail, resolve issues related to orders, products and shopping.
🐶 Plan and implement e-store promotions, short-term promotional offers, prepare and administer newsletters ("Omnisend").
🐶 Create and update advertising visuals, banners and other digital content, administer social media communication (Facebook, Instagram).
🐶 Administer Google Ads and Meta Ads advertising campaigns, monitor and evaluate their results.
🐶 Identify and resolve simple technical issues of the e-store, test functionalities, and resolve more complex issues in cooperation with the IT team.
🐶 Work with order and accounting information in the "Rivile" system.
🐶 Analyze sales and visitor data, look for opportunities to improve customer shopping experience, automate and streamline daily processes.

🐱 Ability to independently administer product information, prepare and update digital content.
🐱 Knowledge of the principles of SEO, digital advertising and social networks.
🐱 Good technological literacy, ability to quickly understand new systems and independently solve everyday issues.
🐱 Ability to plan and organize one's work, diligence, initiative and responsibility for results.
🐱 Knowledge of the English language necessary for everyday work.

depending on experience and competencies, with a review of remuneration after the probationary period.
