Join our e-commerce team and contribute to the development of B2B and B2C electronic sales channels. In this position, you will be an important link ensuring the smooth operation of e-commerce platforms, their development and continuous improvement of customer experience.
What are you going to do?
- You will contribute to the implementation of the B2B and B2C e-commerce strategy.
- You will ensure the smooth operation of e-commerce platforms and the supervision of daily processes.
- You will administer e-commerce systems and their content.
- You will coordinate and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns and other e-commerce processes.
- You will participate in the development, testing and implementation of new functionalities.
- You will monitor the market and competitive environment, provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
- You will cooperate with colleagues from other related departments and external partners.
- You will share good practices and collaborate with colleagues in the Baltic countries.
We hope you:
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital project coordination, marketing or similar field.
- Understand the main e-commerce processes and customer journey.
- Able to analyze information, notice problems and propose solutions.
- Organized, meticulous and able to work on several tasks at once.
- Easily collaborate with different teams and partners.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
Your advantages:
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms or ERP systems.
- Experience in managing product information (PIM), content or digital projects.
- Knowledge of data analytics and e-commerce metrics.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or others) in daily operations, process optimization, content creation or data analysis.

The final remuneration package is individually tailored to the candidate's experience and competencies. An annual bonus is also provided, depending on the results achieved.
