E-commerce manager

E-commerce B2B platform administration – ensuring smooth platform operation, information accuracy and relevance;
Product and content management – monitoring prices, descriptions, visuals and other information;
Promotions and special offers administration – configuring, launching and controlling their proper display;
Consulting customers in the e-commerce channel regarding products and the ordering process;
Monitoring e-commerce results (traffic, product efficiency) and providing suggestions for improving the website and content;
Collaboration with marketing and sales teams, implementing common goals and ensuring a good customer experience.

Successful work experience in e-commerce or similar field;
Implementation of established sales plans;
Knowledge of marketing principles, market analysis;
Strong communication skills - daily cold calls;
Work with CRM;
Orientation to quality, results and smooth cooperation;
Work with Rivile - an advantage;
Word press, E - commerce for Business knowledge - the main advantage.
