Nature of work
- Administration of e-store orders and supervision of their execution;
- Professional, pleasant and prompt customer service and consulting;
- Administration of customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and other communication channels;
- Resolving emerging issues and non-standard situations;
- Collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth order execution and excellent customer experience;
- Maintenance and administration of online store content;
- Uploading new products to the PrestaShop system, updating product descriptions, prices, photos and other information;
- Assisting in other e-commerce, sales and administration-related tasks.
Employee requirements
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, sociability and the ability to communicate professionally and pleasantly with clients and colleagues;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and promptly resolve emerging situations;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Initiative, independence and result orientation;
- Experience in e-commerce or customer service is an advantage;
- Experience working with PrestaShop or another content management system is an advantage.
