The essence of the position
Ensure smooth daily management of e-store operations, professional customer service and timely order fulfillment. You will be responsible for accurate updating of product assortment and descriptions in the content management system and effective coordination of processes between the warehouse, logistics partners and the marketing team. Your work will directly contribute to creating an excellent customer experience and increasing sales figures.
Nature of work
- Order administration, communication with buyers in writing (by e-mail, in the order management section) and by phone;
- Creating new product cards - uploading descriptions, photos and prices to the CMS;
- Uploading, editing and constantly updating the content of the e-store;
- Management and control of product balances and expiration dates (CMS);
- Communication with the warehouse department and shipping carriers regarding order fulfillment, delays or losses;
- Entering approved promotional actions into the CMS and launching them;
- Receiving and checking invoices, administering debtors in the business account, reconciling debts;
- Monitoring, analyzing and preparing reports on sales and performance indicators according to agreed forms;
- Collaborating with the marketing team on promotions, news and product delivery in the e-store.
Requirements
- Work experience in online commerce; Prestashop CMS knowledge is an advantage;
- Good computer literacy, ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Knowledge of English; proficiency in several languages is an advantage;
- Ability to independently plan work flow and solve emerging problems;
- Organization and thoroughness when working with a large amount of information (prices, balances, invoices);
