Administration and execution supervision of e-store orders;
Professional, pleasant and prompt customer service and consulting;
Administration of customer inquiries by phone, e-mail and other communication channels;
Resolution of emerging issues and non-standard situations;
Cooperation with other team members to ensure smooth execution of orders and excellent customer experience;
Maintenance and administration of online store content;
Uploading new products, updating product descriptions, prices, photos and other information;
Assistance in performing other tasks related to e-commerce, sales and administration.

Employee requirements
Experience in e-commerce, online shopping or sales.
Knowledge of HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing products is a big advantage.
Understanding of B2B and B2C customer needs and sales processes.
Ability to independently administer and develop an e-store: uploading products, updating descriptions and prices, administering promotions and offers.
Ability to create and maintain product descriptions, categories, promotions and promotional content.
Good computer skills; knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to quickly understand technical information and present it to the customer in a simple and understandable way.
Good Lithuanian and English language skills; Russian is an advantage.
Responsibility, initiative and ability to independently organize one's work.
Orientation to results and sales, ability not only to administer an e-store, but also to actively look for ways to increase sales.
Ability to communicate with customers by phone, email via email and other channels.
Willingness to learn and deepen knowledge about HVAC equipment, technologies and the market.
