E-shop administrator-manager

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive person to join our team and become an important part of the activities of the electronic and physical store.

This position will suit someone who enjoys communicating with customers, e-commerce, order and diverse work. We are looking for not only a task executor, but also a team member who wants to learn, offer ideas and contribute to the growth of the company.

Work location: Raudondvario pl. 242E, Kaunas
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00–17:00

Main job functions

• professional customer service by phone, e-mail and in the physical store;
• identifying customer needs, consulting and offering suitable products;
• administration and improvement of the product cards of the electronic store "OpenCart";
• updating product names, descriptions, technical characteristics, attributes and SEO information;
• uploading new products, administering categories, filters and related products;
• preparing and optimizing product photos, managing titles and ALT descriptions;
• registering, administering and transferring orders for execution;
• preparing and administering invoices, waybills, contracts and other documents;
• receiving, assembling, packing, issuing goods to customers and transferring them to couriers;
• updating information about product balances, prices and order statuses in the system;
• actively searching for new customers by phone, e-mail and other communication channels;
• preparing and sending commercial offers to potential and existing customers;
• communicating with suppliers, customers, couriers and other partners;
• assisting the manager with daily administrative and organizational issues;
• maintaining a neat, presentable and professional environment in the office and store;
• completing a short daily activity summary and discussing the results with the manager.

At the beginning of the job, we will provide information about our products, internal systems and work processes. We will help you to consistently integrate into the work and learn the specific features of terraces, walkways and outdoor structures products.

• have at least basic English language skills necessary to understand product and supplier information;
• are able to coordinate several tasks at the same time, maintaining accuracy and order;
• like being systematic and responsibly complete assigned tasks;
• you are proactive, you notice problems and offer possible solutions to them.

Advantages

• experience in administering an online store;
• experience working with OpenCart, WordPress or a similar content management system;
• experience in customer service, sales or active sales;
• experience in preparing product descriptions, commercial offers or administering product information;
• basic knowledge of SEO, e-commerce or digital content;
• experience working with ChatGPT, Canva or other artificial intelligence and content creation tools;
• experience in building materials, terraces, decoration or a related field;
• experience working with an accounting, warehouse or CRM system;
• Category B driver's license.

Experience is important, but we value motivation to learn, responsibility, initiative and the desire to grow with the company the most.
