We are looking for someone who enjoys dynamic work, communication with customers and various tasks. One day you will consult customers and administer orders, the next - you will update products in the online store, prepare for a promotion or help implement a new project.

What will you do with us?
- Administer online store orders;
- Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail;
- Consult with customers in our physical store in Vilnius;
- Help customers choose the most suitable grills, their accessories and other products;
- Upload new products to the online store, update information, prices and descriptions;
- Ensure that the information in the online store is accurate and tidy;
- Work with B2B customer inquiries and help prepare offers;
- Help prepare promotions, newsletters and other communication for customers;
- Participate in inventories and product balance checks;
- Supervise the display and help ensure order in the store;
- Contribute to other daily GRILLMAN projects and company growth.
What do we expect from you?
- Responsibility and organization;
- Ability to independently solve problems and complete the work started;
- Good communication with customers both in person, by phone and e-mail;
- Computer literacy and the ability to quickly understand new systems;
- Initiative - we value people who not only wait for tasks, but also notice what can be done better;
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Experience in customer service, sales or e-commerce would be a great advantage.
It is not necessary to be a grill expert - we will teach you everything. Much more important is the attitude to work, responsibility and desire to improve.
