What are you going to do:
- plan and implement sales promotion activities;
- coordinate digital marketing campaigns in the Baltics;
- monitor and analyze key indicators, propose solutions for their improvement;
- assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and help optimize the budget;
- contribute to the implementation of promotions and campaigns;
- coordinate the work of a team of 3 people;
- ensure communication compliance with brand guidelines;
- collaborate with other departments.
We hope you:
- have experience in e-commerce, sales promotion or digital marketing;
- understand what drives online sales;
- are able to analyze data and make decisions based on it;
- are proactive, organized and result-oriented;
- have good knowledge of digital channels;
- follow brand guidelines;
- proficiency in English.
