Job description:
- Professional customer service by e-mail, phone, Livechat and responding to inquiries on social networks;
- Communication with customers who have not completed the purchase and helping them complete the order;
- Order administration, resolving exchanges, returns and other situations;
- Uploading new jewelry products to the online store (photos, descriptions, specifications);
- Providing insights into customer needs and purchasing behavior to the team;
- Contributing to improving the e-store and creating a better customer experience.
Employee requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales and/or e-commerce;
- Ability to communicate with customers in a professional, smooth and pleasant manner;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to quickly understand new information and systems;
- Willingness to learn and interest in the field of jewelry, beauty or luxury goods.
