Do you have experience in e-commerce, like order in processes, and are able to see both the client's needs and business goals at the same time? We are looking for an independent and proactive specialist to join our team, take care of the daily operations of the e-store, and contribute to its development in the Lithuanian market.
What will we trust you with?
- E. Store Administration – ensure smooth daily operation of the store, relevant information and correct product data.
- Order Management – oversee the order fulfillment process from receipt to delivery to the customer, resolve any issues that arise.
- Customer Service – advise customers, respond to their inquiries, help them choose the right products and ensure a quality customer experience.
- Product Information Maintenance – prepare and update product descriptions, specifications, photos and other information needed by buyers.
- Price and Promotion Administration – update prices, administer promotions and ensure that information in the e. store is accurate.
- Warehouse and Delivery Coordination – collaborate with warehouse and logistics colleagues, monitor product balances and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Process Improvement – identify opportunities for operational improvement, suggest solutions and contribute to more efficient e. store operations.
What do we expect from you
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
- Experience in e-commerce, e-store administration or a similar position.
- Experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Good computer skills and the ability to quickly understand information systems.
- The ability to independently plan work, set priorities and solve daily problems.
- Systematic, analytical thinking and a rational approach to solutions
- The ability to calmly and professionally resolve non-standard situations with clients
- Customer, quality and result-oriented.
- Courage to communicate, raise questions and cooperate with colleagues
- Initiative and desire not only to complete tasks, but also to look for better ways of working.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
