As the team grows, we are looking for an e-commerce and operations coordinator to help manage daily operations: e-store, customer inquiries, orders, partner questions, and support for the marketing team.
We are looking for someone who would like to work with the team from the AVEL office in Vilnius and help manage daily operations clearly, neatly, and on time.

What will you take care of?
- Administer the AVEL e-store: product information, prices, promotions, collections and other daily updates.
- Answer customer inquiries and help resolve issues regarding orders, delivery, returns and products.
- Help administer partner issues: orders, promotion information, balances, sold-out products and other ongoing tasks.
- Assist the marketing team with practical tasks: product shipments, UGC / influencer administration, campaign preparation and information entry.
- Ensure that tasks, deadlines and responsibilities are clearly summarized in ClickUp or other systems used.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest ways to solve them more simply, faster or more neatly.

- Experience in administration, customer service, e-commerce or operations.
- Willingness to work from the office together with a team.
It would be an advantage if...
- Have experience working with e-stores or e-commerce processes.
- Have worked in customer service, administration or operations.
- Have used Shopify, ClickUp, Ominsend, Meta Business Suite or similar systems.
- Have a basic understanding of digital marketing, campaigns, influencers or UGC.
- Are comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Have experience with order, product information, balances or partner administration.
- Are interested in wellness, supplements or beauty / lifestyle products.
