ECCO Store Manager in Vilnius

We are looking for a store manager (manager) at the ECCO brand store in Vilnius.
Organization, coordination and control of the store's daily activities.
Organization of employee work, assignment of tasks, motivation and training of new employees.
Ensuring the quality of customer service, consulting and solving complex situations.
Ensuring the implementation of sales plans, analysis of sales results and implementation of measures to improve them.
Control of product orders, balances, inventory and product accounting.
Supervision of the reception, arrangement of goods in the hall and visual presentation.
Control of cash transactions, documentation and other administrative processes.
Ensuring the order, cleanliness and compliance with internal rules of the store.
Responsibility for the store's performance, employee work efficiency and positive customer experience.

Higher or higher education in management, trade or business administration.
Experience in retail management.
Good communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Orientation to sales results, ability to analyze sales indicators and achieve set goals.
Responsibility, honesty, initiative and independence.
Ability to work with a computer and use cash register and merchandise accounting systems.
Ability to plan time, organize daily store activities and solve problems.
Knowledge of Lithuanian, English at level B.
Willingness to learn, improve and ensure high quality of customer service.
