Edge Banding Machine Operator (Training Provided)

At NARBUTAS, we have an internal Operator Academy where operator competencies are developed step by step.

Within the first few months, you will gain the necessary knowledge and practical skills together with experienced colleagues.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:

• Work with four-sided edge banding machines (edge banding, cutting, milling, finishing).
• Set up and adjust machine parameters, perform daily maintenance, and change tools.
• Administer data using a task management/production system.
• Read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Ensure product quality while following production plans and efficiency targets.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn (experience is an advantage).
• Basic computer literacy (you will work with production/machine systems).
• Ability to work in a team (machines are operated by multiple operators).

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €10.80 – €14.89 (gross)

Average monthly salary: €1,802 – €2,484 (gross) (depending on skills and competencies)

• Category I: €10.80 – €11.63/hour (approx. €1,802 – €1,940/month, depending on hours worked)
• Category II: €11.92 – €13.16/hour (approx. €1,989 – €2,195/month, depending on hours worked)
• Category III: €13.49 – €14.89/hour (approx. €2,251 – €2,484/month, depending on hours worked)

Additional: opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses after the probation period.
