UAB "Vičiūnai ir partneriai" is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager who could contribute to the implementation of the company's strategic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's financial strategy, preparing market analysis and forecasts, and increasing operational efficiency.
Job description
- Develop and implement the company's economic strategy;
- Conduct market analysis and provide forecasts;
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for management;
- Consult management on investment and cost optimization;
- Cooperate with other company departments to ensure operational efficiency;
- Monitor economic indicators and predict possible business risk factors;
- Participate in budget planning and management processes;
- Workplace - Plungė.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance or business administration;
- Work experience in an economic or financial manager position;
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and prepare detailed reports;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a team and lead a team;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of data analysis and econometric models will be an advantage.
