Nature of work

  • plan and organize the activities of the Economic Analysis and Regulation Department, ensuring smooth and timely implementation of tasks;
  • form an engaged team, take care of the growth of team members and strengthening their competencies;
  • participate in the formation and implementation of the company's strategy in the areas of gas transmission pricing, regulation and investment planning;
  • plan, prepare and coordinate with regulatory authorities the issues of the company's pricing, allowed revenues and investments;
  • coordinate the representation of the company's interests in national and EU institutions, participating in the processes of drafting and harmonizing legal acts;
  • analyze national and EU legal acts in the field of energy regulation, provide improving proposals and recommendations;
  • participate in the formation and development of regulatory systems for new potential activities - in the areas of hydrogen and carbon dioxide transportation, in cooperation with regulatory authorities and stakeholders at the national and EU level;
  • contribute to green transformation projects, ensuring that new infrastructure and services are integrated into the regulated system in a transparent, sustainable and economically viable manner;
  • ensure timely reporting, information and payments to the national regulatory authority.

Employee requirements

  • you have a higher university education in economics, finance, engineering, law, management or a similar field;
  • you have accumulated work experience in the fields of economic analysis, pricing, regulation or investment planning, experience in leading a unit is an advantage;
  • practical experience in working with national and (or) EU legal acts applied in regulated activities;
  • you are well versed in the principles of state economic regulation and are able to apply them in practice;
  • you have very good Lithuanian and English language skills (verbal and written);
  • you are characterized by analytical thinking, initiative, customer orientation, the ability to systematize information and make informed decisions;
  • you are a leader, able to mobilize a team, achieve results and represent the interests of the organization.

Salary

Monthly salary – 4500 - 6000 EUR (excluding taxes) and financial incentives (additional remuneration, taking into account the company's and individual performance results). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to independently achieve results.
