Join a team that actively works with professional drivers and helps them improve their economical driving skills. This position is perfect for someone who likes to communicate, analyze data and see the results of their work in real time.
Your direct responsibilities will be:
Your direct responsibilities will be:
- Assessing drivers' economical driving skills according to established indicators (we train).
- Analyzing drivers' driving style using telematics / GPS systems (data review, interpretation).
- Consulting and motivating drivers to adhere to the principles of economical and safe driving.
- Participation in other projects and tasks related to driver training and process improvement.
Employee requirements
- Experience in logistics, customer service or call center.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Russian and Lithuanian, proficiency in English.
- Computer skills and experience in data analysis.
- Responsibility, organization, ability to work and achieve results independently.
- CE category driver's license is an advantage.
